Head of Russian Equity Sales, Global Equity Sales and Trading

Alexey joined URALSIB Capital in 2005 as account manager in Russian Equity Sales. In 2009, he became the head of this department.

As Head of Russian Equity Sales, Alexey is responsible for Russian equity operations and sales management, design and implementation of trading strategy, and support of equity trading and issuing transactions.

In 2009, URALSIB Capital’s Equity operations team led by Alexey won The Elite of the Securities Market award presented by the Russian National Association of Stock Market Participants (NAUFOR). URALSIB Capital was named the Best Stock Market Company.

Before joining URALSIB Capital, Alexey was Vice President at PIO GLOBAL Asset Management responsible for sales including designing product line development and corporate marketing strategies. Prior to that, Alexey was engaged in venture capital projects in the TMT sector.

Alexey graduated from the Faculty of Economics at Lomonosov Moscow State University (with distinction) and holds a Master’s degree in International Currency and Financial Relations. He also holds an MBA degree from Duke University, USA and Level 1.0 and 5.0 Certificates from the Federal Financial Markets Service.
