Head of HR Department

In her position as HR director at URALSIB Capital Marina Ryabokon is involved in operational management of correspondent functions, implementing HR-strategy and assuring compliance with the corporate principles of human resources development at the bank’s headquarters in Moscow as well as in its London and New York offices.

Marina Ryabokon joined FC URALSIB in July 2007 when she took the position of HR Director at Finansovyi Most Strategic Business Unit (OJSC URALSIB). In August 2008 Marina was assigned HR Director at URALSIB Capital. Before joining URALSIB Capital she worked in a similar position at the ANTANTA PIOGLOBAL Group of Companies, in charge of strategic and operational HR management and effectively founded the company’s HR department.

Marina graduated from the Moscow State Linguistics University and the International University of Moscow to become a qualified HR Manager. She holds a Mercer IPE 3.1 certificate.
