URALSIB played an active role in the restructuring of UES within the regional subsidiaries spunoff; and advised and prepared information memorandums on the separated companies.
URALSIB also acted as a consultant for OJSC RZD (by researching the possible repercussions for subsidiaries spun-off) and OJSC Tatneft (regarding the restructuring of Nizhnekamskshina and how to increase market capitalization).
