Boris Ginzburg, Head of Fixed Income and Debt Captial Markets department of URALSIB Capital, participated in the conference “Bond market: is recovery possible?”

The conference took place on 18 November under the Fifth Federal Investment Forum, which was organized by The Russian Federation Council and RCB media group. At the conference, Boris Ginzburg gave a presentation –“Debt Capital Markets: new financial strategies”.

The Fifth Federal Investment Forum focuses on the main changes that happened during the year, highlighting new tendencies and summarizing results.

The event was attended by representatives of the professional financial market parties: investment and financial companies, banks, registrars and depositories as well as administrators from federal and regional authorities, ministries and departments.
