On February 28, 2008, URALSIB Capital held a one-day conference in Singapore dedicated to the Russian real estate sector. The conference was targeted at Asian investors.

URALSIB invited Russia’s leading developers and major Singapore and Hong Kong investment funds to participate in the conference.

Conference participants had the opportunity to meet one-to-one or to join larger groups for general presentations by the companies.

The participants discussed the development of the Russian real estate market, the current state of the companies and their prospects.
